Printing:

This pattern is designed to print on A4 or US Letter (8.5” x 11”) size paper.

A large format print shop version of the pattern is provided in a separate file. The pattern has layered sizes that allow you to print only the sizes that you want.

Sizing: US 18 months to 14 years/ EU 86 – 164

Measurements:

To pick the right size, refer to the size chart in the pictures. Measurements and instructions are given in both inches and cm.
For size reference, the dresses shown are made in size US 5 / EU 110 and US 14 / EU 164.
The size chart is for body measurements, not a finished garment measurements.

How to measure?

✂Chest – measure at the widest part of the chest, holding the measuring tape horizontally leveled.
✂Waist- Measure the circumference of the waist at the smallest part, above the belly button.
✂Hips- Measure the circumference of the hips at the widest part.

If the chest, waist, and hips measurements vary between sizes, use the chest measurement to determine the size.

FULL PRINTING, CUTTING, AND SEWING INSTRUCTIONS ARE PROVIDED IN THE PATTERN.

Fabric requirements:

Fabric consumption depends on the width of the fabric and the size you are going to make. It also depends on the option you choose to make: sleeveless, short sleeves, or long sleeves.
You are going to need the same amount of lining fabric (optional).
The amounts given below can be used as a reference to approximate fabric consumption if the fabric is at least 56 inches/140 cm wide.
Please, consider that natural fabrics like cotton shrink so measure after pre-wash.

✂For sizes 18 months – 3 years: 1.7 yards (150 cm) of fabric.
✂For sizes 4 – 8 years: 2.2 yards (200 cm) of fabric.
✂For sizes 18-14 years: 2.5 yards (250 cm) of fabric.

You are going to need the same amount of woven lining fabric (optional).

Other materials:

You are going to need an invisible zipper (approximate length recommended):
– for size 18 months – 1 year – 12 inch (30 cm);
– for size 2-3 years – 14 inch (35 cm);
– for sizes 4 – 6 years – 16inch (40 cm);
– for sizes 7 – 10 years – 18 inch (45 cm);
– for sizes 11 – 14 years – 20 inch (50 cm).

Printing:

After purchasing, you’ll be able to download two files: a print-at-home version of the pattern in A4 /letter size and a print shop version in A0 size.
The A4/US Letter Size version has 32 tiles, and the A0 file has 2 pages.
Instructions on how to print and assemble are included in the pattern.

There is a layered PDF feature of the pattern. This allows you to print only the sizes you are going to need.

Cutting and sewing:

✂The pattern has 1 cm/ ⅜ ’’ seam allowance and 2 cm/ ¾’’ hem allowance included in all sizes.
✂There is a lengthen/shorten option included.
