As a mother of 2, I know how fast children grow. That’s why I make my patterns in a wide range of sizes so you can enjoy your favorite patterns longer and “grow” your makes with your kids.
Measurements:
To pick the right size, refer to the size chart in the pictures. Measurements and instructions are given in both inches and cm.
For size reference, the bodysuit shown is made in size US 6 / EU 116.
The size chart is for body measurements, not finished garment measurements.
How to measure?
✂Chest – measure the widest part of the chest, holding the measuring tape horizontally leveled.
✂Waist- Measure the circumference of the waist at the smallest part, above the belly button.
✂Hips- Measure the circumference of the hips at the widest part.
If the chest, waist, and hips measurements vary between sizes, use the chest measurement to determine the size.
FULL PRINTING, CUTTING, AND SEWING INSTRUCTIONS ARE PROVIDED IN THE PATTERN.
Fabric requirements:
Fabric consumption depends on the width of the fabric and the size you will make. It also depends on the option you choose to make: sleeveless, short sleeves, or long sleeves.
The amounts given here can be used as a reference to approximate fabric consumption if the fabric is at least 59 inches/150 cm wide.
Please, consider that natural fabrics like cotton shrink, so measure after pre-wash.

Other materials:
✂ Use a matching invisible zipper. Recommended length:
– for size 18 months -2 years: 10 inches (25 cm) long;
– for size 3 – 5 years: 12 inches (30 cm) long;
– for size 6 – 10 years: 14 inches (35 cm) long;
– for size 11 -14 years: 16 inches (40 cm) long.
✂ Fusible interfacing to reinforce the zipper area and collar (optional).
Printing:
After purchasing, you’ll be able to download three files: a print-at-home version of the pattern in A4 /letter size, a print shop version in A0 size, and a projector file with 2 grid options – in inches and cm.
The A4/US Letter Size version has 27 tiles, and the A0 file has 2 pages.
Instructions on how to print and assemble are included in the pattern.
A projector file version of the pattern is also included for a paper-free cutting.
There is a layered PDF feature of the pattern. This allows you to print only the sizes you are going to need.
Cutting and sewing:
✂The pattern has a 1 cm/ ⅜ ’’ seam allowance and a 2 cm/ ¾’’ hem allowance included in all sizes.
✂Full, step-by-step cutting and sewing instructions are included.
